We understand how overwhelming and confusing it can be, when you or a loved one is diagnosed with a terminal illness. With this in mind, we have made the referral process as simple as possible for you.
Get in touch, via email or phone. If we cannot take your call, please do leave a message, and we will call you back as soon as possible.
At a time convenient to you, we will give you a call to establish how best we can support you, and explain our process.
If you wish to go ahead with support, we will send you a registration form. This is to establish key details for our records, and it will also be sent (securely) to the counsellor who will be working with you. All information is kept confidential and is handled according to GDPR guidelines.
Your assigned counsellor will contact you to arrange your first session, usually within a week.
